Run for Your Niche!

Many
of us today are deeply searching for our niche – our highest place of
life expression and satisfaction. Some
of us need more light to know what our niche is.
Some of us know our niche, but just don’t how to get there.
Here are excerpts from a letter I wrote to our creative daughter, Kaia, to
help her find her niche:
“Yesterday
I had a free afternoon, all to myself.
I spent it meditatively, remembering who I am.
I pictured myself many times in a great light – my light –
emitting vast, atomic energy and power of healing love.
That's my true niche. No
career could ever contain that.
Who we are is far greater than a career.
Your individuality is unduplicatable and unique. It's not on hold
while you figure out something to do. It's licensed to come forth when you
speak, think, decide, act, walk, dance, sing, move, respond.
No one in the universe will ever do those like you.
It
is your Higher Self who thinks, acts, and speaks to others and they truly
see you when they feel your love. That's
our charm and value. People
will remember your love if you are waiting tables, driving down the
freeway, cleaning your apartment, laughing with others, or alone in the
woods.
That's
what I did yesterday. I saw myself as a tremendous light of love, emitting
a radiance that reached everyone and touched them with healing.
I saw their light radiating as well.
That's what I most want. I
love discovering what I want! If
we can discover our deepest desires, we enter the light of our niche.
Greatness
is not defined by career. Worth,
value, importance, inspiration, grandness, beauty, progress, wholeness,
satisfaction describe who you are. This cannot be contained in a career.
It can only be contained by a life.
Work
on your mission statement. I
review mine each day – to inspire, enlighten, & teach healing to the
world through Love & Truth. Let your inner mission statement help you
define your niche and be a springboard for your life expression.
Within
you is an eternity map of great value to the universe.
There is no point off the map.
A baby's smile is a light of powerful love, able to attract a crowd
spontaneously, and make them all smile and feel good.
The baby is the map. There's no identity crises there.
If
you are true to your spirituality and listen quietly to Love and Truth for
direction, your niche will unfold with great clarity and magnificence in
consciousness – and then in expression.
Enjoy each moment. It’s
all God. This is the sacred life we all deserve in the heart of
Love.“
