From this moment on, I solemnly promise
myself that I will never forget my magnificence again. And Yes, I am
magnificent.
I
promise myself to always remember who I am, by knowing the love I carry
in my heart and the golden, healing light that this brings to the
world.
I will
live in the constant recall of the inner beauty and purity of who I
truly am and how much I have worked on myself to become who I am today.
I
promise to give myself full credit for all the times I forgave others
and all the sacrifices and generous giving I gave, for all the times I
lovingly told the truth and for all the patience I showed to others, for
all the times I listened and didn’t receive in return. I see clearly
that I have tried very hard to do right and follow my highest
integrity.
I admit
I have made mistakes and that I will certainly make many more. But I
also admit that I will seek to learn from my mistakes and to not make
the same mistakes again.
I agree
to love myself when I make a mistake and offer myself sweet, kind,
patience in learning and, regardless of outcome, to continue to love
myself and do better next time. I agree that I can make mistakes and
learn about myself without hating myself. I pledge to be good to myself,
offering myself nurturing, comfort, rest, and absolutely no negative
judgment.
I see
that I deserve to treat myself with dignity, & carry myself as one who
has high value and great worth. I see that who I am is a blessing for
others and, even when I am wrong or absent from my highest post of self,
I am still a good person worth knowing & loving by everyone I meet. I
deserve the benefit of a doubt when I goof. I deserve to be treated with
dignity and respect by everyone in my life.
I
promise myself that I need never again wear a mask, thinking that any
occasion calls for me to fake who I truly am. My selfhood requires no
mask, but deserves a platform to be seen and adored, just as much as
everyone else. And I see that I need no crutch of ego markings in order
for others to know who I am and to receive their love. Money, looks,
status, education, glamour, job, and fame cannot lure me to believe that
this offers someone innate worth. And I refuse to bow to it or feel
measured by such cheap standards. Age neither adds to nor subtracts my
spiritual worth to myself and the universe.
My inner
heart resonates with other inner hearts where together we sing our
hearts’ songs in harmony. And the universe drinks the heart songs as
though it were a thirsty tree in dire need of the water. I am part of
all this.
I will
think of myself as a powerful spiritual Light who is capable of changing
things around me for the better, even to bringing healing to any and
every situation.
I am
ready to take my place in my Highest Life. I am a Soul of Spirit World!
This is
my value, contribution, and worth and this qualifies me for all love
from myself and at all times and for all love from everyone I meet and
know for all times.
I hereby
accept this pledge of my worth.
Signed
